About the event
We gather around the altar to create a space to soften, breathe, move, feel and remember.
Each gathering weaves together gentle Yoga poses, breath-work, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive spiritual practices to support healing on every level of your being.
Some weeks we'll move more. Some weeks we'll rest more. Some weeks we'll sit in stillness and simply listen.
You don't need any experience, just an open mind and a willingness to arrive exactly as you are.
This is a practice of coming home to yourself: your body, your mind and your soul.
