You arrive at the end of the day... The light is fading over the moors...
Stepping into the yurt, you’re met with soft candlelight, the subtle scent of essential oils and the gentle crackle of the log burner. A space already holding you.
Guided into relaxation, your body is fully supported with blankets and bolsters. There is nothing to do. Nowhere to get to.
Just listening…to the fire, to the breath, to the quiet rhythm of the elements outside.
Slowly, without effort, you begin to soften.
This is a weekly Restorative Yoga practice.
