Nestled atop The Baildon Moor is Anama Village, a beautiful, traditional Mongolian Yurt. Step inside Anama and let the sounds of the earth and the elements carry you home during this 75-min fireside therapeutic sound bath. Rest, reset, and be held in sound.

Hosted by experienced practitioner Mike Auger, these monthly sessions offer a 75-minute immersion into bliss and healing, followed by a warm drink, a sweet treat and some time to restore, before slowly travelling home.

We ground through guided meditation, preparing the body to receive the medicine of sound.
