This isn't your typical quiet meditation! We’ve created a relaxed environment where children can explore sound and story in a way that feels natural to them.

An Enchanting Story: We’ll begin with an interactive story to capture young imaginations.
Gentle Sound Bath: Woven throughout the story, you will get to experience the calming vibrations of singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and rain sticks. Designed to be gentle on little ears, this sound journey helping everyone find a moment of peace.
