About the event
This is 75 minutes to step out of the usual pace and into something slower, more elemental. Held in the warmth of the yurt, we begin close to the earth settling into the body through simple movement, breath, and the steady pulse of the shamanic drum.
Overtone singing and mantra weave through the session, creating space to listen inwardly and follow whatever is wanting to shift, soften, or awaken.
Rather than trying to fix or force anything, this is a process of noticing. Of allowing. Of reconnecting with the body, the breath, and the quieter parts of ourselves that can get lost in the noise of everyday life.
You may leave feeling grounded, clearer, more spacious, or simply more connected to yourself and the day ahead.
